Reproducing a paper on task-based learning for electric grid scheduling

Reproduced a paper "Task-based End-to-end Model Learning in Stochastic Optimization" by Donti et al applied to electric grid scheduling. Reviewed results for the optimization problem provided in the paper. Then, experimented with what the schedule may look like when adding penalties for overproducing during hours with high non-renewable energy generation.
